Program description

Ridgemoor Insurance Services may send transactional and informational SMS messages to leads and clients who have opted in. Examples include appointment confirmations, application status updates, policy-servicing notifications, and replies to inquiries you have initiated.

Opt-in consent

By providing your phone number on this site, in a written form, or directly to a Ridgemoor Insurance Services agent, you consent to receive SMS messages from Ridgemoor Insurance Services at that number. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on the nature of your inquiry and your relationship with us. You will not receive recurring promotional messages without separate, explicit consent.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Ridgemoor Insurance Servicesdoes not charge you for SMS messages, but your wireless carrier’s standard rates and fees may apply.

How to opt out

• Reply STOP to any SMS message we send to unsubscribe from further SMS messages.
• Reply HELP to any SMS message to receive help and contact information.
• You may also email york@hannaoffice.com to request removal.

After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS messages from Ridgemoor Insurance Services until you opt in again.

Supported carriers

SMS messages from Ridgemoor Insurance Services are supported on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Phone numbers and SMS-related information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
